The National End of Life Survey is a survey asking bereaved relatives about the care provided to their loved ones in the last months and days of their life. The purpose of this survey is to learn from people’s experiences of end-of-life care and find out what is working well and what improvements are needed.
Please tell us about your experience to help us improve the standard and quality of end-of-life care in Ireland.
The survey takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. If you have any questions please read our frequently asked questions or contact the survey team.
You can find out more about the survey here. You can also sign up here to be notified when the results are available.
